Grade Achieved: A

I was really pleased with this class as I found it very interesting having worked in Sales previously.

It was not a role I enjoyed when working and I wonder how much of it was to do with a lack of training and therefore confidence in my own selling skills.  The application of a lot of the techniques studied as well as what motivates people to both sell well and purchase was really interesting.

I found I had a lot more confidence in talking about what I do as a result of this class and combining that with a lot of pitch practice at another event has given me a lot more confidence in my body language and communicating confidence.

I found the essay style of exam very comfortable and had prepared well.  I think academic writing has always been my weakest skill and with no presentation to bump up my grade I really put a lot of work into my coursework and am thrilled to have gotten an A grade overall!
