Consumer behaviour is the study of individuals, groups, or organizations and all the activities associated with the purchase, use and disposal of goods and services. It is also how the consumer’s emotions, attitudes and preferences affect buying behaviour
During our Consumer Behaviour classes at university we were tasked with giving a presentation about the stereotypical consumer behaviour of millennials. I created a short video to go alongside the presentation (that’s the super geek in me shining through…went the extra mile for a little extra credit).
The behavioural stereotype of millennials I focused on was the expectation of everything being available as fast as possible and the ability of tech to provide that. Swipe, buy now, instant download etc were all key words I used to create the above.
